Ideally we need to know if the dog is dog friendly and to have at least had their first vaccination for kennel cough, and have tested negative for Parvovirus but we can work around this at times.

We have a small team with around 3-5 spaces for cats. We have trapped and caught cats but stray cats must have a routine feeding time and place that is quiet and undisturbed for a successful trapping. If you can trap the cat yourself please take it to your local vet to be scanned for a microchip and the owner sought. If no owner can be found please get in touch.
If we have space for your cat we will take them into a foster home. Please give us as much information about your cat as possible including their daily routine, any medical issues, their confidence level, likes and dislikes, have they been an indoor or an outdoor cat. what diet they are on, any behavioural issues, have they lived with other animals or children and type of litter they use.
Small Animals
We do have a very small team of people who foster small caged pets such as rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rats etc. If you need help rehoming a small animal please send us an email or fill out what you can of the below form.
We have a very small team of foster homes available and use a third party kennel when available for those dogs that are vaccinated and in good enough physical and emotional health to cope in a kennel environment. If we do not have space for your dog, we can try and assist you with finding a space through our UK wide network of rescue colleagues. If you find a placement before we do you must let us know immediately so that we can take your animal off of our LONG waiting list.
We do offer a rehome from home scheme if you are not under the pressure of time constraints where your animal stays living with you whilst we find an adoptive family. We still carry out the home checks and adoption for you and will carry out any veterinary treatment required in the interim.
We will need to come and visit and assess your dog to know what sort of placement and environment they need. We cannot take dogs same day, except puppies which can be crated and have no behavioural concerns. We will complete our assessment and arrange a placement, please be aware this could take a few days to over a week.
Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible about your animal and include some good photos. Additional photos and videos can be emailed to us at: broken-soulsrescue@outlook.com
Please note we do not tolerate threats or abuse. Our staff are 100% volunteers.
We cannot guarantee that we can help rescue your animal but we try our best. We are voluntary staff so please do not be abusive or threatening. If you find an alternative placement for your animal you MUST let us know so we can remove them from our waiting list.
